We are engaged in providing contractual support and further representing our clients in litigation through alternate dispute resolution method. Our team is appearing and handling domestic arbitrations before Delhi jurisdiction including both in Delhi International Arbitration Centre at High Court of Delhi and other arbitral tribunals. Our clientele in dispute resolution is both individuals and corporate houses.

We have been representing our clients before the Delhi High Court and in proceedings arising out of disputes seeking interim relief prior to the constitution of an arbitral tribunal, also appointment of arbitrators invoking section 11 petition, challenges to arbitral awards u/s 34 of the Act and interim orders passed by arbitral tribunals and enforcement proceedings.
